Revy, Rebecca Lee, “Two Hands”, is the gunslinger of Black Lagoon: the black crop top, the cut-off denim shorts, the twin pistols in shoulder holsters, the tribal tattoo down her arm and the high ponytail. She is an adult mercenary in her twenties, and she is one of the most enduring anime cosplays of the last twenty years.
Black Lagoon has not had new anime in a long time, but Revy never fell out of rotation. Her look is simple, recognizable and built around attitude, which makes her a natural fit for NSFW cosplay.
Where to Find NSFW Revy Cosplay
Revy has long-running, steady cosplay demand with no big spikes, the sign of a character people keep coming back to. Supply is good, and because her outfit is so easy to put together, the real difference between builds is in the details.

The Revy Looks Cosplayers Actually Build
Revy cosplay usually comes in one of five builds.
- Default Two Hands look. Black crop top, frayed denim cut-offs, a belt, combat boots, the shoulder holsters and two pistols. Her signature outfit and most of all Revy cosplay.
- Tattoo-forward build. The same outfit with the full tribal tattoo on her right arm and shoulder done properly. The look serious Revy fans pay attention to.
- Roanapur nightlife. Revy in a bar or club setting with a cigarette prop and a drink. Mostly a photo-set look, and very much in character.
- Lingerie with holsters. Black lingerie with the shoulder holsters, the ponytail and the tattoo. The quick NSFW version most cam performers use.
- Dress-up episode looks. Builds based on the few scenes where Revy dresses up, including the casino and disguise episodes. Rare, and a sign of a real fan.
Why Revy Is Such a Popular Cosplay
Revy is the opposite of the sweet anime heroine. She swears, she smokes, she shoots first, and she is written as a grown woman with a past. That rough, confident energy is exactly what a lot of NSFW cosplay audiences want.
Her design is also built on real clothes. A crop top, denim shorts and boots are easy to wear on camera for hours, so Revy is one of the most practical anime builds for live performers, not only for photo sets.
How to Search for Revy Cosplay
Revy works well on its own as a search term, but adding the series helps:

On cam sites, Revy builds usually sit under cosplay or anime tags, so searching black lagoon and scanning for the shoulder holsters is often the fastest route.
What to Look For in a Good Revy Cosplay
The tattoo is the first tell. Revy’s tribal tattoo runs over her right shoulder and down the upper arm, and a real build draws or applies it in the right place and shape. Skip it, or put it on the wrong arm, and she becomes a generic girl with guns.
Then look at the holsters and the hair. Revy wears a shoulder holster rig with a pistol under each arm, not a belt holster, and her hair is a reddish-brown ponytail with loose strands, not plain black. Cut-offs that are actually frayed rather than neat shorts, and a slouchy, unimpressed pose, finish the look.
