Riza Hawkeye is a First Lieutenant in the Amestris State Military and Roy Mustang’s adjutant in Fullmetal Alchemist: blonde hair pinned up at the back, the blue military uniform with a black turtleneck, a pair of pistols and the calm stare of the best shot in the army. She is a career officer and a veteran of the Ishval war in her twenties, and she is one of the most respected grown women in anime.
Riza is disciplined, loyal and quietly dangerous, and that restraint is exactly why NSFW Riza Hawkeye cosplay is so popular: fans love the moment the uniform comes off. If you like women in uniform, see our Motoko Kusanagi cosplay and Misato Katsuragi cosplay guides.
Where to Find NSFW Riza Hawkeye Cosplay
Riza demand is steady and long-lived. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood still sits near the top of most-watched anime lists, so new fans keep arriving and searching for her by name. Supply is moderate. A military uniform takes more work than a wig and lingerie, so a well-built Riza stands out fast.

The Riza Hawkeye Looks Cosplayers Actually Build
Riza Hawkeye cosplay usually falls into one of five builds.
- Blue military uniform. The Amestris blue jacket and trousers, black turtleneck, gloves, holster and the blonde clipped-up hair. The reference build and the one most fans picture first.
- Ishval sniper. Her Ishval War look with short hair, a field uniform and a long rifle. Rare, and a sign the creator knows the backstory.
- Back tattoo reveal. The uniform lowered to show the flame alchemy array tattooed across her back, with the burn scar over it. The most story-heavy NSFW version and a fan favorite.
- Civilian Riza. Her off-duty look with her hair down, a turtleneck or a simple dress, sometimes with Black Hayate the dog as a prop. Popular with creators who play the softer side.
- Lingerie and open-uniform versions. Lingerie under an open blue jacket, with the gloves, holster and pinned hair. The quick NSFW version most performers start with.
Why Riza Hawkeye Is Such a Popular Cosplay
Riza is the opposite of a flirty anime heroine. She is professional, protective and completely in control, and she will shoot anyone who threatens her commanding officer. That cool, competent restraint is magnetic, and NSFW cosplay plays on the tension between the strict uniform and what is underneath it.
Her design is also clean and easy to recognize. Blonde hair, a blue uniform and a pistol in each hand read as Riza instantly, and the back tattoo gives performers a canon reason for a reveal that fans actually care about.
How to Search for Riza Hawkeye Cosplay
Search her full name. Hawkeye alone mostly returns the Marvel archer:

On cam sites, Riza builds usually sit under the cosplay, anime, uniform or blonde tags, so searching fullmetal alchemist and scanning uniform rooms for blue jackets and blonde hair is often the fastest route.
What to Look For in a Good Riza Hawkeye Cosplay
The hair is the first tell. Riza wears her blonde hair twisted up and clipped at the back of her head with short side bangs, not a loose ponytail. A build with the hair down only works for the civilian look.
Then check the uniform and props. The jacket is a deep blue with a high collar and gold buttons, worn over a black turtleneck, with a shoulder or hip holster and at least one pistol. For the reveal, the back tattoo should be the alchemy circle with the salamander, not a random design. Bonus points for a steady, serious expression, because a smiling Riza never looks quite right.
